Marc Struik: CEO

Pr. Eng MSc (Eng); Mining, MDP,FSAIMM,MSME,MKIVI Marc has over 20 years experience in underground and open pit mining operations in Europe and Africa. In October 2005 he joined BSGR as COO and became CEO of Mining and Metals in May 2007. Marc serves as Chairman of Koidu Holdings SA, and is a director of various BSGR subsidiaries.

Patrick Saada: Vice-Chairman of Koidu Holdings SA

BSc (Industrial Engineering) Patrick has over 17 years of extensive diamond experience of which the last 10 years was spent as director of Steinmetz Diamond Group (“SDG”). He joined BSGR in 2007.

Yossie Tchelet: CFO BSGR

CA(SA);Certificate in Technical & Financial Evaluation of Mineral Projects Yossie has over 12 years experience in finance and accounting, having joined BSGR in September 2003 in a forensic accounting and internal audit capacity, subsequently becoming the CFO of BSGR. Yossie is a director of Koidu Holdings SA.

Asher Avidan: Guinea Country Manager

MBA (Foreign Cultures & Literatures) Asher has over 23 years experience in Africa and Europe as a head of department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence in Israel. Asher joined BSGR in June 2006.

Iwan Williams: Liberia Country Manager

BSc (Geology) Iwan has over 18 years experience in various commodity exploration projects. His previous roles include country manager in Fiji and Madagascar for Minorca Anglo-American and Jubilee Platinum. Iwan joined BSGR in January 2008.

Neil Gray: Zambia and DRC Country Manager

BSc (Hons) Mining Geology. Neil has over 33 years experience in mining and exploration in Southern Africa in various commodities. He joined BSGR in March 2008.
